I schedule appointments 7 days a week.

Office visits take place in Middleboro, MA at the office of Nicely Counseling Services. I provide home visits to the following towns: Acushnet, Berkley, Bridgewater, Carver, Dartmouth, Dighton, East Taunton, Fairhaven, Fall River, Freetown, Lakeville, Mattapoisett, Marion, Middleboro, New Bedford, Raynham, Rochester, Taunton, and Wareham. Services outside of these areas may be available and incur an additional travel fee.

Individual Prenatal Lactation Consult

$150, 1 hour in office

We’ll review your breastfeeding goals and your individual medical and prenatal history so you can know what to expect once your baby arrives. A physical exam is also conducted. Please complete intake forms prior to appointment.

Individual Initial Lactation Consult

$325, 1.5-2 hours in office OR $350, 1.5-2 hours in your home

We’ll review your medical, prenatal and delivery history so that I can support you in whatever concerns brought you to me! A physical exam of parent and baby are conducted, and feeding is observed. Pre and post feed weights. Includes 2 weeks of follow up through secure messaging portal, as well as a personalized care plan. Please complete intake forms prior to appointment.

Individual Follow-up Consult

$250, 1 hour in office OR $275, 1 hour in your home

For current clients to continue working towards identified feeding goals. Includes additional 2 weeks of follow up through secure messaging portal.

Back to Work Planning

Going back to work? We’ll meet to discuss bottle feeding and a pumping plan to continue meeting your feeding goals, as well as review milk storage.

Drop-in Weight Check & New Parent Support Group

FREE: LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH, Fellowship Hall, 9 North Main St. Assonet, MA (United Church of Assonet*).

Come visit me on the last Friday of the month at the United Church of Assonet Hall and let me know how your feeding journey is going! You’ll be able to weigh your baby, meet other local parents, and I can answer general questions you might have. I can also help you determine whether a full, more clinical and individualized consult is warranted. We focus on self-care and will have different presentations/activities in upcoming months. Updates are generally posted on my social media. *This group is not religious affiliated.

I am proud to partner with Nicely Counseling Services. Together, we can provide a unique supportive and trauma-informed approach to your family. Nicely Counseling has clinicians trained in parent-child psychotherapy and perinatal mental health.

MLO is out of network with insurers. Payment is due at the time of service. Nicely Counseling Services will provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your individual health insurance provider to find out about your lactation benefits. Many private plans may reimburse patients up to 100%. IBCLC services are also HSA/FSA eligible.

Please note that a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is due at time of booking. This will be applied toward your visit balance.
